At IT CARE FGS, we prioritize getting your technology to you quickly. Orders are processed immediately upon verification of payment and are typically shipped out within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping time and associated charges are calculated based on the weight of the items and the final delivery destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Final shipping costs will be clearly calculated and presented to you at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the service selected and the destination pin code.

3. Special Policy for Large Items (LED TVs and Bulk Orders)

 

Due to their size, weight, and fragility, large items such as LED TVs and substantial bulk orders are handled by specialized freight logistics partners.

  • Handling & Transit Time: These items require enhanced packaging and specialized transit, so delivery time may be slightly longer than standard services (typically 5–10 business days).

  • Mandatory Inspection on Delivery: The recipient must be present during the delivery of LED TVs and large bulk orders. Before signing the delivery receipt, you are required to thoroughly inspect the external packaging for any signs of damage (crushing, tears, punctures).

    • If damage is visible, you must clearly note the damage on the courier's delivery receipt or refuse the delivery entirely.

    • Failure to note damage upon receipt may severely limit your ability to claim compensation for transit damage.

  • Cost: Freight charges for large items are calculated at checkout and reflect the necessary specialized handling and insurance required.


 

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 

Once your order has been successfully shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your order.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions & Liability

 

IT CARE FGS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (if applicable) or for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
